Team Coaching harnesses the wisdom of two or more people working toward a common goal. Sometimes that goal is simply identifying the critical, underlying issues. Somtimes the goal is implementing solutions.


Executive Decision Coaching (EDC) helps teams uncover joint wisdom and understanding using the CRR Global's™ Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) tools. If there is an elephant in the room, our coaches will uncover it and facilitate the team in choosing what to do with it. If communication is getting blocked someone in your organization, team coaching can discern the cause and locations of those blockages and work with your employees to strategize about how to alleviate them.

In today's competitive world, the elephant in the room is often downsizing or the state of the economy. Many employees fear for their jobs. Many employees who are not happy and would normally change jobs are staying in jobs they dislike because the fear of being unemployed for a long time is very real. We find that when person gets promoted often their subordinates act as if the previous boss is still at his desk. Regardless of what underlying issues are affecting team behavior, we will help identify and articulate it. After that, it is up to management whether we continue to facilitate change and help develop strategies to become a more effective work group.

Executive Coaching or individual coaching often hints at what isn't working well within corporate teams.  A series of coaching interviews with management and employees usually brings valuable information to the table in developing the scope of the team coaching.
