Executive Decision Coaching

Our FastTrack Focus Package includes two coaches to come to your site for 2 days each.  After talking one-on-one with your key employees, they will work with management and key employees to set coaching goals that will make a difference to your bottom line, whether it's increased revenue, lowered costs, or higher employee retention.  The goals are tailored to your specific company.  After that, identified executives and employees will receive 3 one-on-one coaching sessions per month for 3 months via telephone. (In-person coaching available for an additional fee.)  Investment: $1,500 plus $400/month per executive and $200/month per employee.

Our Executive Support Package includes three months of weekly coaching sessions done via telephone. It also includes the 2-hour Discovery Session for discerning client values and determining the best approach for coaching this client.  The coach will help you focus, discern what is holding you back from greater achievements, help you set goals, and will hold you accountable to make your goals a priority. All coaching content is absolutely confidential and you choose the coaching topics (although your coach may make suggestions). (In-person coaching available for an additional fee.)  Investment: $1,100.

Coaching for 1 executive and 1 employee for 45-minute weekly coaching sessions for 2 months.  This includes a 2-hour Discovery session for each client and one assessment (MBTI, DISC, or other).  Investment $1,500.
